a) Community list / early access sign-up

When you join our list for early access, private invitations, or product previews, we collect:

• Name
• Email address

b) Casting call applications

Our casting call is open to applicants aged 18 years and over only. By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. When you apply, we collect:

• Name and contact details (email, phone number)
• Photos and/or portfolio material you submit
• Any other information you choose to include in your application (e.g. measurements, social media handles, location)

If we become aware that an application was submitted by someone under 18, we will delete the application and associated materials.

c) Automatically collected information

When you browse the Site, we may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser and device type
• Pages viewed, referring URLs, and time spent on the Site
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

d) Purchase information (future/where applicable)

If and when the Site offers products for sale, order details (items purchased, shipping address, order value) will be collected. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider (e.g. Shopify Payments / Stripe) — we do not collect or store your full card details on our systems.

We use personal information to:

• Notify you about product launches, early access, and community updates
• Review and respond to casting call applications, including contacting selected applicants
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
• Process and fulfil orders, once purchasing is available
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law:

• Community list details: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Casting call applications and materials (including photos): retained for up to 6 months from the date of application, unless you are selected and ongoing engagement requires us to keep records for longer, or you ask us to delete them sooner.
• Automatically collected browsing data: retained for as long as reasonably needed for analytics and security purposes, or as set by our service providers' default retention settings.
• Order and transaction records: retained as required by Australian tax and consumer law (generally at least 5 years).

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers who help us run the Site and community list (e.g. email/marketing platform, website hosting provider)
• Payment processors for order transactions, once purchasing is available
• Delivery/logistics providers, where relevant to fulfilling an order
• Government or regulatory bodies, where required by law

We do not disclose casting call photos or application materials to third parties except as needed to evaluate your application or as you separately authorise.

Our service providers currently store and process data within Australia. If this changes in the future — for example, if we engage an overseas email platform, hosting provider, or payment processor — we will update this policy and take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to be handled in a manner consistent with the APPs.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will comply with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve performance. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the Site functions.

You may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Withdraw from the community list at any time (e.g. via an unsubscribe link, where provided, or by contacting us)
• Request that we delete your casting call application and associated materials

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first using the details in Section 10 so we can try to resolve your concern. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within a reasonable time.
